The Lebanese Independence (Nov.22) was mentioned in our school in a different style, to suit the present conditions of our country.
The Lebanese flag was raised while listening to the كلنا للوطن. Then 3 students from grade 11 read a poem, which was followed by a word from Mr. Tanios AbdelNour. He said that we still have our lord, even if we have lost our independence. The 3 clergymen – Father Shnorhk Der Artinian, Father Sahag Keshishian and Rev. Raffi Messerlian offered prayer for Lebanon and for peace in the country.
